Simard -Print Magazine Ad
Simard Cuisine et Salle de bains is a family owned kitchen and bath cabinet wood shop in the region of Québec.
Their entire business was built on referrals from their good work and reputation of honesty. When the youngest of the family took over, he wanted his company to compete among the big names of its industry as opposed to being perceives as a local wood shop.
After their rebranding exercise, the creative team came out with a series of print ads to introduce their newly designed look. The ads feature people from different artistic backgrounds in their newly designed kitchen with taglines saying: “whatever your source of inspiration, we can build the kitchen that fits your style”.
National Advisor Guide -Advisor Guide
National Asset Management is a sub-branch of National Securities in New York. They developed a revolutionary fund, which they decided to make their star product.
In order to sell the product they must convince and recruit advisors that will later go out in the field to seek clients. To convince them, National Assets Management had to put together a series of marketing collaterals meant to communicate their commission structure and the product’s benefits. Obviously because money and trust are involved, a high-end look was not an option.
A certain level of brand consistency had to be kept to maintain the National Securities corporate image, but they were flexible enough to let the creative team transgress some of their rules to achieve the distinct look the sub-brand was aiming for without sacrificing National Securities brand recognition. The guide was designed using high contrasts stamped foil blue on a rich black reinforced cover paper.
Pratisys -Logo
Pratisys is the brand name for Infodata’s line of medical softwares.
Infodata was looking of a way to effectively distinguish their two main markets; dental and medical.
The creative team decided to create two brand identities, one for their medical software line and the other for dental. They came up with names and logos using a type font that is naturally associated to the computer industry. For their medical line, they designed an icon showing a red cross, universal symbol of health care, and a pixel which bridges the gap between the software and the medical industry.
GreenCore -Logo
Green Core Capital is dedicated to “Greening the Global Economy” by finding, financing and supporting renewable energy and green technology companies.
Green Core was looking for a way to revamp its logo to match the level of BP Global, GE Money and GE Energy. The challenge was to effectively communicate their niche; wind, solar and geothermal.
It is a very challenging task to make those three specialties work in one single icon, therefore, the creative team decided to aim toward an icon supporting the company’s tagline, representing the company shining on the global economy.
National Asset Management -Product Brochure
National Asset Management is a sub-branch of National Securities
in New York. In order to introduce the product line of the new
branch, they needed to develop a series of marketing collaterals.
To do so, a series of graphic standard needed to be followed but
National Securities people were flexible enough to let me transgress
some of these rules to achieve a distinctive but yet consistent look.
The featured guide was designed using high contrasts stamped foil
blue on a rich mat cover paper.
Allura -Marketing Collaterals
Allura Printing specializes in short runs using digital color printing.
Their uniqueness is the way their digital press can match the
quality and rendering of any traditional offset printing. The two
owners needed a look and feel to brand themselves, which would
truly convey their competitive advantage. To do so, I developed a
brand image that uses the chameleon as a theme. With its
qualities, the chameleon is the icon that best express the
company’s competitive advantages.
Caron & Guay, logo & Look & Feel
Caron & Guay is among the most important doors and windows
manufacturers in the region of Québec, Canada. For their 50th
birthday, the young and dynamic new owner wanted to suit the
company with a whole new look that reflects more effectively the
quality of their innovative line of products. To do so, I developed an
entire new identity and look that emphasizes on finding the right
balance of comfort and strength for which I used some metallic
textures and a soft overall render.
